2/7. Loss -0.8 lb. so cancelled last week’s gain. Not discouraged!

Excellent week except for one restaurant meal which was my first restaurant meal this year.

Recommendation: a new dairy free gelato coming out this year. I believe the ingredients fit the general requirements for WFPB NO eating. Check for yourself. nubocha.com

Hi! The new thread is here. Glad you feel like the week was excellent! Just want to clarify that Nubocha would not fit within the MWL guidelines, based on my quick review of the ingredients and the % of calories from fat.

hi!
I gained 1/2 pound this week :(
I think I may have used too much salt and not enough water this week because I am still being 100 compliant and exercising; I’ll keep on keeping on.
Everyone have a great week! :-D

Salt can definitely have an effect! Please note, the new thread for February is here.

Well, this is a bit of a roller coaster. I know it is because I am too relaxed in strict compliance, but it is a little discouraging that it doesn't take much of a slip to loose ground. But I'm not done. Moving on.

Total loss to date: 16.6
Weight:
02/08/2020: 364.4

Mark:

I just noticed that you have posted this in a few of your replys: Please note, the new thread for February is here. (with the link)

Should we not be posting in the February thread, essentially starting over each month? Thanks.

I'll record your report from above, but yes - please make future posts for February in the February thread. We make a separate thread for each month to make it easier to navigate and review the months resources. Thanks!

Back from 1 month of vacation in the camper. Not too bad IMHO. Back at it with more intention.

2/14 Happy and Healthy Hearts Day!❤️❤️❤️

Weekly loss - .8 lb
Total loss for 6 weeks 6.3 lb. Steady she goes!

Best wishes for a good week to all.❤️

Mark Cooper.
Are we all supposed to change thread every month? I just saw that after posting this.

Also I wasn’t recommending Nubocha for MWL program but for general maintenance under the WFPB program as an occasional treat/dessert.
