Who's prepping Sunday Dec 29th ?

Postby victw » Sun Dec 29, 2019 10:21 am

Hi all,

We made ratatouille yesterday. My husband is the better cook. I helped with some chopping.
It's enough leftovers for the base on two lunches.

I started the slow cooker caramelized onions mentioned on a Chef AJ video. I have a bag of potatoes. I will put this on the stove top rather than the instant pot method. This also should cover a couple of meals.

I need to come up with a grocery list to fill in a few cracks.

What are you prepping?

Vic

1/1/19 Still maintaining - 134.8/21.11
10/12/18 Maintenance wt - 136.4 BMI 21.36
5/6/18 151.8 lbs 23.8 - Normal. 4/8/18 154.6 lbs BMI 24.2 - Normal. 3/11/18 161 BMI 25.2 Overweight.
3 years staying on plan is the goal.

Prepping is one of the keys to success! I seem to be prepping all the time. Today I will make bean burgers which should yield 6-8 of them. They are filling, plus make good meat balls or 'crumbles' into soups.
start weight 210 on 7/25/14; MWL recommit 7/2019 weight 197. 6/11/2022 weight 165.0. Height 5'8".
