Hi All!

Great month end for everyone. Congratulations on your dedication to yourselves!
I will leave you with this little sketch put together by an HR professional that I thought was quite inspired in his choices for working towards more feelings of contentment in your life.

Dan - It does slow down the closer that you get to your goal weight. Congrats on another week of diligence leading to the desired outcome. You’ll get your 50 pounds, yet.

Moonlight - Alright, good catch. This week let’s aim for adherence. I’m going for it too. For the next 5 days I plan on following MWL, plus only decaf tea (which I finally babystepped my way back onto last week...yay..). I will also attempt the no eating after dinner. This is the trickiest challenge for me and what has been keeping my weight stable without losses. I have a feeling I’m going to be a bit irritable for the next few days (which is why I’m chatting with you and everyone else now...LOL), but thankfully my hubby will be away and thus I can get through it without biting anyone’s head off when overwhelmed by hanger!! LOL Good luck this week.

Pace - I’m sending them my thoughts and well wishes too! I’m also sending them to you, I hope your flare comes to an end soon. XO.

Happy Friday Everyone.

I am the worst for checking in! :crybaby: But just wanted to post that I reached my first goal. I am 125.2 today. I have been carrying around an extra 5-10 lbs for the last 3 years. Sort of slipped off the wagon. Guidelines are in place and focus is back. I will be attending the 3 Day Intensive in September and plan to lose the last 5 and be 120 by then.

The combination of diligence, eating more greens and being faithful to my walking each day has paid off. AND I don't eat out even though friends try to convince me it won't hurt! It does! It did for me! Extra calories, fat, salt, definitely affected my resolve over the past few years and I see now where the pounds came from.

Best of luck everyone! Stay focused and be compliant and you will get the results!

Judi :-D
