Postby Steflou64 » Wed Apr 10, 2019 7:29 am

Is oil free popcorn a good snack or should I use plain rice cakes or something?

Popcorn and rice cakes are not approved for MWL due to their high calorie density.

I reheat a boiled or baked potato for a snack.

I eat about 3 cups of baby carrots and cherry tomatoes every day, and have been doing that for years. They make a great work snack.
