This should be easy to find, but for me it has not been. I'm looking for a comprehensive list of "green and yellow" vegetables for the Maximum Weight Loss plan.
I have the book, but I can't find a comprehensive list in it. I also can't seem to find a good list on the Internet.
Can someone point me to one? Please, don't tell me it's just common sense. I'm looking to stir my imagination with ideas I hadn't considered.
