Few ques about Mary’s mini

I am planning on starting Mary’s mini tomorrow/Monday. I had a few questions. I am probably going to use potatoes as my starch. Can I use any/all potatoes? Including sweet potatoes? What sauces/condiments/sugars can I use? I haven’t been able to find a whole lot of info, except a couple of older newsletters. Any ideas/suggestions for recipes, etc is greatly appreciated.

Potatoes are an excellent choice!

Sorry that I can't help you with condiments - I like 'em just plain.

I tend to think of the mini as MWL with just one starch.

Since you've been following the program how's it been going? Why switch to the mini?
