I have a query. Should we not eat any oil at all in our food? If we can, how much quantity is ok per day?

3 years staying on plan is the goal.

All oils are very unhealthy. They contain no nutrition other than calories, are not filling, and destroy the endothelium, which is the gateway to atherosclerotic heart disease.
