I have been reading a lot in preparation to start with the program. I am a bit confused when it comes to soya (soy), I am getting mixed messages. In some parts of the internet they say it is not good and in some parts, they say it is one of the healthiest beans.
I am asking because I was planning on using soya a lot when I start, so I want to know is it good or bad? Is it good when eaten as beans and bad when processed (tofu etc), or is it just a NO either way?
