Hi!
I feel I've got a very good idea of the 'rules' for MWL, but I am slightly unsure about these:
Nutritional yeast / nooch
Corn starch (to thicken a sauce or gravy)
Soy sauce (a few dashes over food)
Sweet chili sauce (as above)
Ketchup (in recipes like HH lentil loaf, a tablespoon or two)
Polenta
Edamame
