Hi Gang!

This week our group may be small, but we are mighty! This month, together, we lost more than 100 lbs! Goodbye stubborn fat! Goodbye weighing and measuring! Goodbye keeping track of calories! Goodbye feeling hungry all of the time!

Above is a bit of a generalization, I realize. Many of us will find different little strategies to encourage compliance. Anne and Steve like to weigh themselves monthly. Anna has been finding keeping a journal containing what she eats very helpful. Qwerty988 has used cronometer.com just to check out her calorie or nutrient intake. I like to take pictures of what I eat. In general, none of these things are necessary to successfully eat this way. Follow the guidelines and eat until comfortably full are the most basic of principles, but, we can enhance those principles by including strategies that aid us in their application.

Thank you to each of you for your dedication this month. We will be starting fresh in the new April Weigh-In thread for the rest of the month (I will include a link below).

gained 2.6 lbs.

oh well, had an unusually big loss last week from being sick,
so I knew some of it would come back...
