Chelsea - That's fantastic. I just giggled a little, picturing someone/you running on a treadmill giggling to themselves. Hopefully your gym continues to provide a variety of movies. Next stop, 10 minutes!

Berndatte - I was just looking at the posts in the Lounge thread and noticed a current debate about eating popcorn and thought you may enjoy it...just to see that there are a variety of opinions and sometimes we have to find what works best for us when it comes to foods that are healthy overall but may be problematic to some.

I'm so happy we made it this far together. It's time to retire this thread and welcome the new month in.
