I am super excited to be consistently losing weight. It's been almost a year since I have been this low, and I was starving and not happy. Today I enjoy my food, rarely hungry, and not constantly obsessed with food and food plans. My hope is to weigh under 120 by the end of the month, 115 by Thanksgiving, 110 by Christmas, and 105 by February 2017. I know it will slow down but it's something to aim for in my weight loss journey.

I'm up 1.3 this week (+1.3). There are plenty of reasons for it. Sorry to bring up the group totals. I'll work at making next week more respectable. Congratulations to all you losers.

I'm having a very off month. I think my thyroid meds are off (I'm tired) and I go to the doctor in November. In addition, I haven't been eating to many potatoes recently (none the past 2 weeks) and slacking on the salads. Those two things are fat busters for sure! I need to get myself back on track. I will do it. I'm still believe in this WOE and I'm not discouraged.

I am so excited that I finally broke thru the 120's. It's been a year since I was at that weight, and lost 5 more by Thanksgiving and then progressively went up til I hit 133.5 on September 13. I love this way of eating!!!

Hi!

I'm a brand new starchie and would love to join the weigh ins.

Down 7 pounds (319 to 312)

Edit: That's only for two days. I started Thurs and am eating a ton of food but am staying in the bathroom! Hope that slows down a bit so I can get some sleep. :)
