I'm up two tenths this week ( +0.2) . I know why. The exercise was cut to almost nothing. That's got to change the energy balance. I'm going to work on it this week and get back to it. In the meantime,...

Down 3.4 lbs since the last time I posted a month ago (8/27). Now 237.8 lbs. First time in two months that I've gotten below 240. I've been watching a ton of McDougall and Chef AJ videos. Simplified my meals and stayed on plan all week because I was home with bronchitis. I'll take it!

AhhhSHOOT! I forgot to post this yesterday! Sorry! Hope it's not too late.

First, a little clarification.
So, last week I was up a lb or two. this week I'm down four from last week. I'm only counting the two beyond where I've been before? I assume so? But...help!

Here's the numbers, you tell me what I'm counting, okay?
9/16 - 232.6
9/23 - 234.8
9/30 - 230.8

Hi....yes you can still post on Saturday mornings....I try to come post the tally around noon, but lately that hasn't been happening.
As for having the gain last week then a loss this week.....you posted your gain last week, so your loss this week is all yours. I put you down for 4 pounds. :)

The tally this week is fun! You guys all did awesome! I had to laugh though....for the first 4 weeks of September, as a group there was a loss of 20.8 pounds.....for just this week alone, the group lost 1 tenth more, 20.9...Congrats everyone! Look for the new thread for October.
