Hello folks,
still here but I have taken a longer break over the summer holidays since we had several trips to Germany, then Spain (all inclusive holidays are not a good idea for me
even though I did try and fill up on fruit and veg more than anything else. Mmmmm, water melon).
I've decided not to post today even though I did weigh this morning because it's not a realistic weight gain from 1 week to the next. Rather, I will start back at the first September weekend and will sign in regularly from then. Everybody breathe, that gives me another week to minimize the damage that 8 weeks of school holidays have done.
My other half is doing a juice reboot at the moment and DD is running a food fad on pasta and chick pea salad. Sounds like the perfect environment for my WFPD/SS meal plan
