Started McDougall in June at around 176
Last week 169.5
Now 170.5
Goal is 134.5

Up 1 from last week, too many off plan choices has an impact!

Good Morning All!

-1.4 this week. Hmmm, that seems like a lot. Maybe I need to work on more calorie dense foods. Or not complain and go with it. lol

Starting weight May 2016 - 162
Todays weight 144
Weight lost - 18 lbs
First goal to be 142, which would be a 20 lb. weight loss.
Next goal weight normal BMI of 136 and then see where my body will go, I'm aiming for the 120's maybe. I have multiple mini goals along the way. I'm 5'3".

up .4....I had a very very hard week which included a meltdown. I can laugh now, but it was not funny then. I've been juggling some major mommy guilt by going back to work but not in the same district as my kids for now....and if it went wrong, it went wrong this week. I didn't eat good but I didn't eat much because my appetite was really low.

Out at Plantstock and Cape Cod for the last 2 weigh-ins. I got on the scale this morning and it measured exactly the same as the last weigh-in before I left. No change (0.0). Considering that I did a bit of cheating on the trip ( including a feast day) , that is a good thing, even if it seems like E2 should have elicited a loss.
I wasn't trying hard enough and I cut down my exercise to zero during the trip.

Congratulations to all you losers. let's start out September in the right direction.
