Thank you for your post! I am surprised with all the energy I've started to have since starting the program around three weeks ago. It does make me want to walk.
I'm not to the point of running but it's amazing that I do want to walk!
This morning a scale showed half pound more... Hopefully it's just the salt from salsa

So, even though the number of calories burned is not significant, the overall effect from walking is definitely a huge factor in my weight loss.
