Hazelrah touched on if he lost half a pound a week, it might take him 1.5 yrs to get to goal. That is progress. That is moving forward. That is still getting healthy. None of us gained our weight in 1 week or 1 month. We gained it over the course of months and years. It is easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight, even under the most perfect circumstances. So remember that when you "only lose" a half a pound or "only" a couple of tenths.
