I'm restarting my weigh ins this week as my regular weigh in schedule has been disrupted. So I'm claiming no gain or loss this week. I've noted the weight on the new scale/time yesterday and will start reporting again next week. The last time I had to reset like this is when I fell off the cliff during the holidays last year. I would have just blown off the whole post this week, but I want to make sure I don't do that again. Thanks to everybody who suffers me here and especially to Debbie for keeping this going.

Good morning all and welcome to the newbies in the group,

down one pound this week. Still travelling in the right direction. I think I need to have some serious thoughts about hummus on bagels vs speeding up the weight loss. :o Also, why do the makers of fine vegan treats make them so tasty rather than make them healthy? What is that all about :crybaby:
Work's been awful this week, so I'll take my pound and be happy. It's no small sign of progress that I didn't go on a full blown binge to balance the stress and frustration.

So I'm trying to get used to this new life that's been thrust on me and am not into a rhythm yet. Bottom line is I'm up 0.7 this week. I'm hoping to get into it this week, but I have to stay attached here to keep from falling off the cliff. I'm not eating that bad, but my daily exercise has been wanting this week.

Anyway, I apologize for not doing my part with the group totals. I'm working on a new month. June is going to rock.

Congratulations to all you losers.

start weight 285, today 248, goal 140
total loss in 19 weeks - 37 lbs
loss this week 2 lbs :)

I have two restaurant events over the coming weekend, which usually puts me up a lb or two, sigh.
I had no tofu or bread this week. It seems to make a difference.
In any case, I'm so glad I lost this week!

Just finished my first week on the program. Starting weight was 235, weight today was 225. Loss is 10 pounds.
