Simple sugars sparingly

Postby veggie lover » Wed Apr 20, 2016 9:27 am

Hi,
I was reading over the guidelines for MWL because I wondered about brown sugar on oatmeal. Can I continue to do this? Is it considered within the guidelines? I have a 1 tsp. per 1 cup of oatmeal.

Page 65 on MWLP book says you can sprinkle sugar over your cereal.

veggie lover,

I'd try to eliminate it and seeing if your taste buds change.

How about putting dates in your oatmeal?
