Good morning,

I've lost a pound this week. It seems to be small fries at the moment. Thinking back over last week, I've managed to cut back on the inbetweens but I think that compared to Jan/Feb my intake of vegetables (esp raw) has really dropped.

So this week's mission is to find more places to include raw and cooked vegetables and change my starch to veg ratio slightly. In addition, I'll try to get in some more exercise. Let's see what that does.

I was pretty impressed. It is amazing what can happen when one sticks with the program! That was probably in large part to water loss - but I will take it!!
What would Mc Dougall do?
