Just goes to show me that when I stay on track, I keep losing!

I restarted this way of eating one month ago, March 22, weighing 242.
Today I weigh 229, with a loss of two pounds this past week.
Time to restock the beans and rice!

Hi folks,

stayed the same this week. Was a bit disappointed because my meals were all really good but then had another thought about those moments between meals. Sneaky little treats have been crawling back into my daily routine and it's time to go back to basics for some more serious weight loss.

It seems to be in my psyche to do something that works really well and then (because it works so well) start tweaking it in favour of my taste buds :oops: . No surprises then when it stops working so well.

HA I forgot it was Saturday! Great job everyone. I didn't weigh because, well my schedule is all messed up again. Went from full time daily bus driver back to being a real sub again...Which is good. I can get caught back up on house work, barn work and maybe tackle that laundry pile that is taking over my house. :lol: :lol:

I didn't do the same stupid stuff I did last week so I am down 3.1 this week:

4/21/2016 220.4
4/28/2016 217.3 (-3.1)

With the 2 pounds I packed on last week through the sodium fat bombs I munched all week it only comes out to a half pound a week over the last two. Still it's enough for me to be able to say,

That 's just what started happening to me over the holidays. I packed on 10 pounds. Now getting back is like torture, ounce by ounce,...

Nip it in the bud. You can do it!

If I drift off again this year I hope somebody whacks me over the head with a sock.

I was 179.2 1 week ago.
I am 176.8 today.

Lost 2.5 lbs.

started 285 > current 254 > goal 140
15 weeks completed. Total loss 31 lbs.

No weight loss this week.

I've been very good this week. Usually at least one dinner meal would be salad and soup with veg, but this week I had starch and hummus with each dinner. Maybe that accounts for no weight loss?

Still battling bronchitis, unbelievably...I'm so ready to be done with these terrible antibiotics! Three weeks without exercise-asthma is out of control.

Down 2.2 this week. A total of 18.2 since April 1st when I climbed back on this wagon! I am soooooo happy to be eating this way again!!
What would Mc Dougall do?
