March 2016 McDougall Weigh in Group

Well, here comes March! The beginning of the 3rd month of 2016. I can not believe how fast this is going. Let's keep our momentum going. We are all doing very good.

The weigh in days for March are the 4th, 11th, 18th, and the 25th. See you all Friday!

:D This is great....I'm very motivated.....yay. It's all about consistency tho.....so having company on the journey helps us all. I've learned to write down my goals and read them daily.... so I have weekly, monthly and end of year goals. Never did it that way, so it will be interesting to see if that makes the difference....I believe it will. After years of unrealistic expectations and looking for the magic bullet, I've learned it's okay to take 10 months to get to goal rather than a month. Lol.

Been away waaaaaa too long! (and my health and body reflect it). However, down 1.2 lbs since last week!

I'm with Debbie, it's hard to believe we're into March already - time is flying.

I'm starting March with a whopping 3 pounds off. It's our Mother's Day tomorrow and I've given instructions not to surprise me with chocolates :crybaby:

How does one join the fun on this weigh in board? Though I'm down over 40#, I still have a LOT of weight to lose, and over the past few months on this WOE, I find my best results are on weeks where I do the MWL with no bread, tortillas, etc.

You just joined! We report our loss for the week (or whatever time period you have got) on Fridays, and Debbie compiles the list on Saturday (all of this varying for the factors of life!). In the rest of the week, we encourage, give tips and food ideas, commiserate and cheer one another on!

I was a pretty active participant on the thread back in 2010-2011, when I was originally losing. I'm back to lose some few pounds I gained, so I'll be weighing in on Friday with everyone. I guess that's tomorrow! Yikes!

I gained 2 pounds this week.
I ate pretty well, but had some salty canned beans before I weighed. It should come off pretty easily.
