This past week I lost 1.5 lbs
Completed 11 weeks - total loss 24 lbs.

I'm so happy its working. I've had so much history of disappointments and failures when it comes to diets.
Every time I step on the scale I expect this diet to not have worked also - and I'm so delighted that it is working.

Darn it! I gained 1 pound. During the week I was down another pound but not today! So frustrating!

I apologize to everybody. We were on vacation thsi week and I added 2.7! I knew it was going to be bad, but I also know that the reason that I needed to start posting here again was to keep things like this from getting out of hand.

3/31/2016 221.3 ( +2.7)

Down 1.4 pounds. :mrgreen:

Total for March = 6.5 pounds!

YAY sweet potatoes!! I must say I'm VERY surprised but really shouldn't be considering how I'm eating. Surprised because I've been EATING - no starving, no calorie counting, no good/bad foods, no heavy or even moderate exercise (~5,000 steps/daily and yoga 2x week), just eating REAL food (sweet potatoes and kale are my most favorite). I've been feeling so full and 'heavy' that I was certain I'd gained this week. Looking forward to seeing the scale continue downward. :-D

Down 2 pounds this week and that is despite the sneaky marzipan and dark chocolate Easter egg I treated myself to. This brings me to a total of 20 pounds this year. Considering the year is only 1/4 over, that's not bad at all. :-D

Full steam ahead now for April. I've discovered my love for sweet potatoes (and even roped in SO who previously claimed he couldn't stand them) so I'll pack my meals with colorful vitamins and filling starches.
