Down 3 pounds this week (well, just 100g shy of, but still). That's last weeks gain gone plus another 2 pounds. :-D

I think I just need to stay away from bread as well as I can and concentrate more on grains. I had a sweet craving and ended up turning my spotty bananas into Happy Herbivores banana bread. A slice of that as a sweet treat seemed to stave off bigger mistakes.

Off to March we go.

I forgot to post last week. I am down 9.8 pounds over 2 weeks, and 6.3 of that was this week. Hope that helps the group numbers!
This was my first week of complete commitment. Prior to that I was still letting foods run out and just not replacing them. There is very little meat/fat left in the freezer I am happy to report! My husband actually seems to be on board, and my daughter will eventually quit mourning her milk and pizza! My mother who has dementia and diabetes is off all diabetes meds. She was getting 2 kinds of insulin and a pill. Her antipsychotic med dosage is coming down as I tapering her to see how little she really needs. I am off my lasix, neuralgia meds, antidepressant, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic (1 year for a cellulitis that would not resolve. I quit taking it and the area is healing) and antacids. I take vitamin D still because I don't get out much. At over 400# I am no longer considered human in public, so people poke at me, video tape me and are otherwise horrible. But I am losing my fear as I begin to trust the food to heal me.

WOOHOOOOOO EVERYONE!!!! For the first 3 weeks of February, we had a total loss of 5 pounds.....in 1 week we lost 4 times that!! Way to kick February out of the park!!! Can't wait to see what we all do in March!! Are you up for it? Continue to not only lose weight but reverse ill health all while eating yummy whole foods??

The March weigh in days are the 4th, 11th, 18th and the 25th. See you all next Friday!

Hi Everyone,

My daughter gave birth to a premature baby last Oct. and he was released from the hospital yesterday a healthy baby boy! So I am going to be staying with her and helping out for about 30 days. There is no scale where I'll be, so I am bowing out of the group for a while, but it's for a great cause!!

Keep the negative numbers going!
