wpkrats, two days ago the scale showed I had gained 1.6 pounds but by today I was down .2. Take heart! If you are doing everything correctly, it could be anything from monthly water gain to too much salt yesterday. :cool:

I lost 1 pound. :-) I was sure I'd gained due to the large amount of food I was eating!

No weight loss again this week. 3 weeks at the same number. Very, very frustrated with the way this is going. I have moments of wanting to throw my hands up in the air and just give up. I am hanging on by the skin of my teeth. :crybaby:

I'm up 1 lb this week, mostly because of eating out and a party. Weight was 176.6
I'm just here for the food.

Up 1.2 pounds this week. :crybaby: Not even sure why. I did ovulate overnight Thursday to Friday and that usually makes me retain water. So instead of stressing about the scale, I measured and I lost 2.75 inches. So that made me happier.

Great job everyone, even us gainers. ;) Showing up when the scale is less than kind shows we're still in the game. Weight fluctuates. As long as we're eating to the principles, the weight will come off. Keep to whole intact starches, low calorie density veggies and some fruits with no added oils and fats. It may take time, but eventually it will come off.

Next Friday is our last weigh for the month of January!!! Let's go out with a bang and bring February in like a lion. :cool:

Oh, I'm late, I'm late. Weighed yesterday and then completely forgot to post it here. Down 3 pounds this week, which is absolutely awesome since I'm eating plenty of food and all of them delicious to me (I'm easy to please though, pasta in tomato sauce is my food heaven).

People at work are starting to give me strange lookswhen I bring in my "assemble your tortilla kit" for lunch, but who cares. Beats the heck out of pre-packaged egg mayo sandwiches or a bacon roll.

Have a great week, everybody. And those of you hit by the snow storm, take care and stay safe. All that snow that's coming down there at the moment is going to hit us as rain in Scotland next week :crybaby:

Weigh in day Friday January 29th

Lost 1 pound wow really slow but I keep loosing oh well. It is in the right direction. I got a total for the month of January of 4 pounds.

I have been fighting a sugar addiction. It seems about once every week it hits me. Next week I'll be adding an exercise routine hopefully that will help distract me.
