Great job everyone, even us gainers.
Showing up when the scale is less than kind shows we're still in the game. Weight fluctuates. As long as we're eating to the principles, the weight will come off. Keep to whole intact starches, low calorie density veggies and some fruits with no added oils and fats. It may take time, but eventually it will come off.
Next Friday is our last weigh for the month of January!!! Let's go out with a bang and bring February in like a lion.
