Starting weight: 208
Current weight: 196
Total weight loss: 12 lbs

Weigh in dates for Dec weigh in group.

Dec. 6th, 2015 - 204
Dec. 12th, 2015 - 202
Dec. 19th, 2015 - 201
Dec. 25th, 2015 - 200
Dec. 31st, 2015 - 196

Weight lost since last weigh in. - 4 lbs lost

I have been really strict with this eating plan. I guess many of the
toxins are mostly out of my body, because now the weight is finally dropping off. I lost 4 lbs in 6 days for this week. Good Luck to all in 2016. Since this is the last day of the work week, I was thinking it was Friday. I will weigh again in the morning and post my weight to the January board.
