stalled weight loss

Postby harthaus » Mon Sep 28, 2015 7:56 am

Good morning!

After watching the FOK movie, I felt compelled to follow this way of eating from a preventive maintenance perspective. I have no health issues. I'm 47 and want to do everything I can to live a long time so that I can enjoy my children and future grandchildren. I want to be an active grandma when the time comes!

My question is, what I am I doing wrong? I have been eating this way - very strictly - for 7 months and my weight loss has stalled at 4 months. I was losing a steady 1.5 lbs a week and I've just stopped, although I'm continuing to be very strict low fat WFPB.

I have another 30-40 lbs to go. Any advice?

Thanks so much!

Watch Dr. Lisle's video: How to Lose Weight without Losing your Mind:

cough up the $12 to buy Jeff Novick's Calorie Density video:

and copy out the Healthy Placemat and sick it on your fridge:
