Okay, starting the thread today. I have a habit of getting busy and forgetting. As of Oct. 1st, there will be 92 days left in 2015.


Weigh in dates for October are as follows:

Oct. 2nd
Oct. 9th
Oct. 16
Oct. 23
Oct. 30

We have 5 weeks for October! Let's make some serious changes on the scale and our health.

94 days left in 2015!!


What are you doing with them? Eat whole intact minimally processed foods and stay away from fake. I love Jeff's acronym....C.R.A.P. which stands for calorie rich and processed. We came up with one on a FB page....K.I.S.S.......Keep it starch simple. Remember, these 94 days will pass regardless. :cool:

To participate just weigh on Fridays and post your weight change, no need to mention your actual weight if you don't want to. Debbie will post our group losses/gains on Saturday.
I weighed early this week since I will be traveling again.
I gained 0.5 pounds.
I feel good about that. I was on a Viking river cruise last week and the chef was happy to make vegan meals for me. Everything was very good and not too oily. I did eat some off plan, but am thrilled to have only gained a trivial amount. I'm off again for my uncle's wedding this weekend, then it's back on track 100% for me!

Hello Everyone! I apologize for the late post.

My first weigh in was October 2 so I'll just post my weight and start with the progress this coming Friday.

Oct. 2 : 162.9lbs (I'm 5'1")

I gained 2 pounds.
It was a rough week. For some reason spending 4 days at a wedding with my family is harder than 10 days on a cruise. I am back on track now and will be a loser next week! :?

I am brand new to McDougall's diet plan for maximum weight loss, today is day 6 so HI EVERYONE.
I started at 183.5 on 10/5/15
I will weigh in on the 16th

I have 35 lbs to loose, and I know I can do it!
