SEPTEMBER 2015 McDougall Weigh in Group

I was sitting minding my own business then the 9th month of 2015 started! What in the world? :eek: Only 4 more months of 2015. Back to school, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas....and bam its all over.

The weigh in days for September are the 4th, 11th, 18th, and the 25th. Four weigh in days this month and 5 next month! Let's keep plugging away on our path. Our path is our own and we each make our own. My path is not your path and vice versa. Sometimes the road is long and windy and sometimes its short and straight....Mine is long, narrow and windy. :lol:

Gershon, you can click on my ticker and then there is a box that says something like "create your own ticker" click on that and you can make a ticker.

My name is Jess, I turn 23 in September, am 5'7'' and currently 73.2kgs this morning (September 4th)
Aside from following MWL, are there any other goals you all try to follow? A number of workouts, or anything else?

Better that than gaining. But it's going to take some effort to make the next push in this journey I think.

Not a good week for me. To many dinners out with my daughters. Don't know for the life of me what we were celebrating. :roll: Oh well it's old news now. Back on track this week.

Let's play a game of "how slow can you lose"? hahaha .4 lost for 2 weeks. Not complaining, its been a couple of really really busy weeks and my eating hasnt been good enough and it shows. So on one hand Im happy that I lost at all but not happy with myself for not planning better.
