Down 1.4 for me this week.

When I started really doing this in 2009, after my sister died according to the standard narrative I actually got under 200, but quickly went to more calorie dense foods on the regular plan and you know the story. So this is the first time that I got under 210 using techniques most people around here are using. Still about 25 pounds overweight, but the steady slow loss makes me hopeful. Just have to keep pressing on.
