I have become vegan/low fat eater in October 2013 at weight 94.4 kg, and everything was going nice until I got pregnant
I got my lovely daughter with the perfect complication free pregnancy where I gained only 10 kg (as opposed to almost 18 with my first), gave birth and breastfed my kiddo. But the moment I got pregnant I immediately felt I need more fat than is suggested. It usually hangs around 20%E. And now when I breastfeed if I have less than that - my daughter is restless at night, as if not satiated. Usually I can squeeze in one perfect McDougall day per week so it doesn't affect her and allows us to sleep better, and that is what I have been doing this year.
I accept this as it is until she stops breastfeeding (she is 10 months exactly).
I have started this year 2015 with 97.2 kg and am today at 94.7 kg. I am feeling good about the fact that I did not gain any weight but I certainly want to loose overall 25 kg to reach a normal BMI, but in the short term goal about 4-5 kg. I have a big conference presentation in October so I'd love to feel better about myself then
