Well, it's here....the half way mark for 2015! So I say~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

ya got 184 more days to make those New Year's Resolutions to come true!" Little bits each month can add up to big changes in 6 months!

Debbie I want you to have a great birthday, I really do, but I also want to go back to June. I'm up 2.9 this week:

6/25/2015 211.8
7/3/2015 214.7 (+2.9)


Sorry to drag everybody down. I know a few trespasses that added into this weeks horror story. I was hoping they'd be forgiven, but alas. I'll try to be a positive next week.

I'm down 2.3 kg (5.1 lbs) this week, thanks to compliance!

I'm back down to my lowest weight, so from now on anything I lose will count! Woopee!

I've been losing and regaining this same 3 lbs since I started and it's time I got rid of it, once and for all, don't you think? :lol:

I'd like to rejoin the Weigh In Group. The accountability of the group worked well for me but I stopped weighing in in December and have gained back a few pounds. I'd like to start back at 0 and give myself a chance to succeed this month. Thanks so much, Debbie, for doing this!

So how does this work? Do I just report my progress?

I started my plant based journey at the end of January, tipping the scales at 333 lbs, using more than 100units of insulin a day plus my oral meds, and not able to walk more than 10 minutes without getting winded. Now I walk an average of 100 minutes (five miles), sometimes pushing myself to seven or eight miles, and have started lifting weights. I've eliminated my oral medication and have gradually reduced my insulin to 30 units (nighttime) I've lost 51lbs so far (282), loving the food and feel fantastic!
