Hi all!! Well for this weeks weigh in I am up 1 lb. :-( Time to re-evaluate what I am eating. Stressful week and I know I definitely didn't eat enough starches this week. Off to plan my meals for the week (winged it last week) and the treadmill. Have a great week all!!

Put on over half of last week's loss; up 2.6:

7/9/2015 210.5
7/17/2015 213.1 (+2.6)

There were a few mitigating factors, probably the biggest being that the weigh in was at a different time/day. But I also missed 2 lunch runs this week as I lost my badge and so could not get into the fitness room. I know they're pretty pathetic excuses, but they're the best I have. I'm going to try some different ideas next week and we'll see how it goes. I know the rest of you will pick up the slack for me, but I'm sorry to bring down the group totals.

Down 1 lb.

My scale's pretty wonky, but I feel like I've lost more than that!

Too bad we can't measure other factors, I'm feeling a lot better emotionally and overall physically. So it would have been a good week even if I didn't lose actual weight.
