Welcome!!!

Basically how these threads work is....on Fridays and Saturday mornings, you post reporting you loss or gain. About 11am PST I will tally them all together and post as a group. If you miss a weigh in, just hold onto it until the next weigh in day...

So I think last week may have been a fluke; maybe what I was wearing or what I ate Wednesday night or something.

Anyway I reclaimed that gain this week and I'm down 4.2 pounds:

7/3/2015 214.7
7/9/2015 210.5 (-4.2)

Whatever, I'm taking credit for them all. I had to suffer the humiliation last week. Admit it, after I posted you were all thinking to yourselves, "At least I didn't screw up as much as that bozo."

Hey dig this from the January weigh ins:

1/2/2015 224.3
7/9/2015 210.5 (-13.8 )

Not a bad half year.

And from my 2014 Weight Watchers record:
1/2/2015 243.8
7/9/2015 210.5 (-33.8 )

The road goes on forever; the party never ends.

Stay Strong. Stay motivated. Stay on plan. And have a great week!

Congratulations to all US losers.

Mark

GREAT JOB Mark!!!

And no way does anyone here say or even think that!!! Its a journey and just like highways in CA, they arent straight and many have deep pot holes we must dodge.....some potholes get us off the road....Congrats on the loss!!!

I gained 0.5, but I'm not worried. I've been losing pretty consistently and am sure I will make up for it next week.

Congrats to you, graciezoe. Do you think there's any point at which you'll want to put weight back on? I don't hear much from people down at that end of the BMI spectrum. Even at like a 20 BMI, you feel like it's healthy, right?

Jeff often alludes to the idea that the diet, itself, is the definition of health and the weight is the natural result of that health. Sounds like that is the approach you're taking.

Great job.

Weighed in this morning, thinking it was Saturday. My hubby took today off, so it threw me off. LOL It was the garbage trucks that made come back to reality.

Down 1 pound this week...

Just joining this thread, but my weight's been steady at 135, so 0 loss.

Nothing lost this week, but nothing gained either. So I'm considering it a success, given that I was abroad on holiday for 10 days and have not been eating fully MWL!
