Welcome!! There really are no requirements or rules to posting here. You can post daily if you wish; actually once upon a time it was a daily thread people used to check in on. We weigh in on Fridays and Saturdays. I typically post the tally around 11am, but be patient with me during the summer as I often get busy doing things.
The only rules are....it MUST be McDougall. So you can follow the regular plan, the 12 day plan, the MWL or a Mary's Mini. Basically the principles taught by Dr. McDougall and Jeff Novick.
If anyone wants to post daily to help with accountability, post meals etc, or just to chit chat, go ahead and post here. It would be fun to see what everyone is eating and get to know more of the members who post here.
