Yay me! I lost 4#. I now am at 250.9

I have not been exercising/moving as I promised myself I would so I definitely need to get on the ball with that. I did go to the pool today and water walked for about 20 minutes. I am recommitting to being less sedentary.

I am going to reward myself with Klunker's zucchini bake for dinner tonight, although I've been loving my Mexican buddha bowls. LOL.

Only lost 0.4 kg (0.9 lbs) this week.

I'm probably eating too much. I'm certainly not sticking to MWL, having eaten a fair number of bowls of corn flakes this week with rice milk. :-(

Good morning!! I am down 1 lb this week :D Yayyyy!! Last weekend was a little tough - think I was detoxing from all the crap I have been eating. Exercising more and feeling great! Have a great week everyone!!

Mike, you can get rice milk there without any oil? I had to stop buying it when I looked at the ingredients and all the brands contained oil! Or, maybe you are making the rice milk?

This week is another one of all over the place even though within two pounds.. my body is really trying to decide what it wants to do! But I am being consistent, and I feel great.. noticed today that arthritis in my hands has gone away!!!! It's funny how you don't notice something when it's gone sometimes.. but it is.

And a funny kind of tightening of ligaments knows as trigger finger, for which I had a surgery in another finger last year and another finger was developing it, is also gone. Now that.. it quite odd. Over time, more things continue to heal... it IS the food! (know I have heard that somewhere :lol: ;-)

Weight this morning down a pound for the week. :-o

I'm up 2 lbs from the last time I weighed in - right back where I started! If this wasn't so laughable, I'd be really annoyed off. Time to really think about what I'm doing, not to mention getting serious about it, too.

As predicted I'm back up 1.3 this week:

6/11/2015 212.3
6/18/2015 213.6 (+1.3)

I think last week's must have been low, but I'm determined not to sandbag. The 0.9 loss over the two weeks is probably about right. Every ounce is so hard these days. It's odd because I still have plenty to lose. Hope the Jeepsterhound can cover for me.

Sorry for bringing the group totals down. Let's see how next week goes.

I lost only .4 this week but I consider that a win because last weekend was my friends birthday and I spent the weekend at their family lake house. Though I ate no oils, meat, dairy, etc...I ate way too much, like I was stuffed all weekend. When I weighed in on Monday I had gained 3 lbs :shock: So you see any loss this week is a win.
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.


Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs
