This week I continued my slow plodding trek to my goal with a loss of 1.5 pounds.

After two weeks of posting, I am 178. Lost 1.4 pounds. Not a whole lot.

And the weekend is coming. Eating out 2-3 times, I find that the most challenging.

Sorry, I forgot to report in yesterday. +3 pounds Not sure what is going on, the number on the scale went up but it appears I lost some inches. I put on a pair of pants that was tight on me the last time I wore them and had plenty of room.

Good morning. Is it early enough for me to join the group today? I'm starting at 150 lbs on the dot and would like to move toward 130. I've started a delicious-smelling 3-ingredient MWL recipe on the stove and am feeling motivated :-D

I gained 2 this week. I was doing good, then this week happened. OMG I have been so busy I had no time for even food prep. My poor kids survived on Taco Bell bean burritos, horrible mom moment and hubby and I also survived on the same, just beans but far too much fat and salt and blah. I was shocked to be up only 2lbs....but I know inside is really where to damage is being done. This week is way calmer and there is time for food prep and healthy eating. May, the end of the school year is insane! There a too many school field trips that are planned last minute, so we're also getting home super late. Our bus mechanic had a heart attack a month ago or so, and so Ive been shuttling buses all over the place with no time to eat, only time to grab a sandwich or the aforementioned burritos while driving. I dont do good being that busy....Im glad its Saturday.....today like no other time I am thankful it is Saturday. LOL

I didn't report - another week with no loss although it's no fault of the plan - it's all on me. We had a big crowd here at the house for Mother's Day and I waaaaayyyyy over-indulged. Spiked up a couple of pounds, but it came off by yesterday a.m. for a dead-even finish to the week. Two weeks in a row I've blown it on weekends, and this week I'll be traveling which can sometimes be a challenge, but I am going to work it hard and am determined to see a loss!

Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
