I gained 2 this week. I was doing good, then this week happened. OMG I have been so busy I had no time for even food prep. My poor kids survived on Taco Bell bean burritos, horrible mom moment and hubby and I also survived on the same, just beans but far too much fat and salt and blah. I was shocked to be up only 2lbs....but I know inside is really where to damage is being done. This week is way calmer and there is time for food prep and healthy eating. May, the end of the school year is insane! There a too many school field trips that are planned last minute, so we're also getting home super late. Our bus mechanic had a heart attack a month ago or so, and so Ive been shuttling buses all over the place with no time to eat, only time to grab a sandwich or the aforementioned burritos while driving. I dont do good being that busy....Im glad its Saturday.....today like no other time I am thankful it is Saturday. LOL
