Hey sorry guys. Ive been super busy and really sick this week. I just plain forgot today was a new month...again. Summer seems to be here, even though school isnt out yet. Its warm here now. Its going to be a long one for sure.

This week's loss: 1.7 kg (3.75 lbs).

I lost 2 4 lbs this week.
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.


Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs

Hello - trying to get back on track by eating less processed/restaurant food and cooking more at home. It's paid off - down 4.1 this week!

My first time going public with my weight loss goals..

I am 179.4 today.

I was down to 160 last October. Then came Thanksgiving and Christmas and a lot of church potluck events and restaurant meals. (I'm the pastor so how could I say No? at least that is how I rationalized it).
In January I hit 190.

I now stick to restaurants where I can get vegan only type meals with with minimal oil.

So this time, this year, it will be different, by God's grace.

Oh, and my goal? I hope some day to hit 150. (I am 5'4").

Hi. This is my first time here. I currently weight 82kg and would love to loss all the weight I gained when I was pregnant with my 7 children. I'm really struggling with bread tho and other flour products. Any ideas of things I can replace them with that I can always have on hang? Thanks

I come and go... but always read!! I'm back. I'd like to lose 10 lbs in 6 months. Doable... but I have to stick with the program. I tend to overeat on things like grapes/fruit in general.
I'm going to stick to the 2 fruits a day and work hard at the not over-eating part!! :-D
