How to go from weight loss to weight maintenance?

Hello! I've been on the starch solution for about 6 months, and have lost 30lbs! :D I've been following MWL program, and find that I want to stop losing weight and now start to maintain my current weight. I eat about 1100 calories a day, which I don't think is enough honestly, but don't know how to increase calories without gaining weight. What should I do? Thank you all, cheers xx

Add calories slowly and this will give your body time to adjust. So add 100 calories a day for 2-3 weeks, then do that again for another 2-3 weeks, and continue this until you get to a point where you aren't hungry and the scale isn't going up too much.
