I missed last week as I went out of town for my family reunion. Unfortunately, I got carried away with eating all the good stuff. It seemed harmless (lots of carrots, green beans, and tabouli), but obviously wasn't: I'm up a pound. You'd think I would know how hard it was to lose and be more careful, but nooooooo.
