Trying to get weight to budge

Postby Skvega » Tue Mar 10, 2015 7:21 am

Yesterday I started Mary's Mini in hopes to get on track and make some weight move.

I am here for accountability. Here is what I ate:
Swiss Chard & Potato (4oz)
Salad (no dressing) & potato (9oz)
Orange & small potato (3oz)
Potato (6oz) Weight watchers zero point soup

I kept track in My Fitness Pal just for kicks. I know this was under 1200 calories and EXTREMELY low fat. 56g of fiber!!!

My workout was Cardio Leg. Burned 340

I felt great all day and had great energy in my workout.

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like you are doing everything needed to get yourself going again. I personally do much better when I am trying to lose weight when I use a tracking software like MyFitnessPal or the CRONometer to keep me honest with portion sizes.
