Last week I couldn't weigh in because I was out of town on business. The good news is that I ended up staying even on the trip (I usually gain at least 2-3 pounds).

Since getting back this past week I lost 2.7 lbs, for a total of 47.4 since January 4th.

But in my defense this is the day after a 12 hour drive, a stressful family event coming up and coinciding w. the time of the month for water retention. On the good side, next week should be awesome!

Exactly the same for three straight weigh ins. The food part is good, but I've missed yoga for 2 straight weeks and it makes such a difference! One more week of traveling to go. It helps that I'm traveling with my sister, HollyJollyYogi!! We spent 8 hours straight in the car yesterday chowing down on boiled potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli!!! It will be interesting to see how we cope when the pre-cooked food we brought with us runs out tomorrow and we hit the family reunion trail through the South where every meal has fried chicken and BBQ. "McDougall On" will be our cry!!!

Zero loss for another week! Once again, experience trumps over hope.

But I did start walking again a couple of week ago, and even did 2 miles yesterday, which is pretty good considering a) I live in a very hilly neighborhood and b) I hadn't done any walking at all for almost a year. I'll take credit for anything positive at this point.

Oops, forgot to post. Up a little over a pound - hopefully will have a week of good behavior and be able to wipe it out with a bit of loss :\

Been on vacation the last 2 weeks. After the first week I was up 1.2 lbs and the second week down 1.7- i'll start posting again on fridays this week. also, i added to my weight loss ticker the pounds lost before joining the discussion board so it shows the grand total lost now

and when I see all this extra fat on my body and just feel disgusted, I remind myself the extra weight isn't me, it's just ON me - temporarily

I was on spring break for 2 weeks, and stayed about the same (which I am very happy about), so haven't posted. I am back into the routine now, and hope to be posting at least a small loss this week... :-)
