I have been away this past month, not off the wagon but off the losing track.. weight up 2 lbs since last posting, and I have been following the program, with the exception of about 3 days... when I felt really discouraged. Then came here to read all of your March posts, there is something about this group that is really motivating ..

I think it is the just keep coming back philosophy we hold.
So will look for where I can tighten up and no more non-McDougall days just because I'm discouraged at the scale... what sense does that make... Oh, I didn't lose, I think I'll go eat... no binges but eating more than I need to feel comfortable.

Thanks for listening to my small rant :x ... love to read all the losses here so far this month, and also the rest of us who are coming back anyway without losses~ :thumbsup:

So I stayed on track this week. I lost the 5 lbs. I gained from last week's binge and then some.

down -8.2 lbs.

Down 1.7 kg (3.7 lbs) this week, for a total of 17 kg (37.5 lbs) so far. I'm finally down just below 110 kg (again! :oops: ).

Emotionally, it has been a tough week up to now, but today's result certainly helps my mood! :D

Well, I am not going to count this as an official weigh in. I am up 2.8lbs but I ovulated yesterday and over night and it always causes me to gain. Most often lately, I ovulate early to mid week and the pain and bloating has resolved by weigh in day. Im still pretty uncomfortable this morning from it. I dont think I would have actually lost anything anyway this week.

OK so I stabilized back to where I was before that travesty last week. If you really look at it over the last 2 weeks I've lost an average of a tenth of a pound each week, but if I took the hit for it last week, you better believe I'm taking the credit for it this week. So I'm declaring down 2.9. It's really getting tough. And I still have 30 before I'm not overweight by the BMI standards. Any ideas are welcome.

Lost exactly 3.0 lbs this week :D
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.


Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs

Well, the last weigh-in for March. First, an update. Doing well on the elimination diet. Today, I start adding foods back in. I'll start with beans then add in broccoli (even though I'm tempted to start with my beloved popcorn) :) The Zumba class wasn't such a good idea. Even though I am feeling better overall, my joints are still too tender to be jumping around like that. I am moving to exercises with less impact for awhile.

I last 2 lbs this week. Progress!! Very exciting!!!

I put back ON the .5 lb I lost last week.

so, mine is a +.5


sorry to tweak the total in the wrong direction. I wish my body would just freaking give it up. Release the pounds, already.

I'm afraid I gained 0.2 kg (0.4 lbs) this week. Still sticking to the McDougall WoE, but not 100% MWL, and less exercise (6 days of yoga + walking the dog). But I am glad simply because I'm still with it!
