I have been away this past month, not off the wagon but off the losing track.. weight up 2 lbs since last posting, and I have been following the program, with the exception of about 3 days... when I felt really discouraged. Then came here to read all of your March posts, there is something about this group that is really motivating ..
I think it is the just keep coming back philosophy we hold.
So will look for where I can tighten up and no more non-McDougall days just because I'm discouraged at the scale... what sense does that make... Oh, I didn't lose, I think I'll go eat... no binges but eating more than I need to feel comfortable.
