It's actually 4 X 70laps X 30steps/lap = 8400
I get another 2-4K steps on my own.

:lol: !!! My comment meant to convey to you that it is shocking to me in a good way that you did 280 laps, nothing more than that.

Thankfully the weather finally broke here in WI and we've gone from -10 windchills last week to 50s everyday this week. Except for that first mile before breakfast I'm getting outside!!!! It feels SO GOOD!!! My dog loves me again!!!! :-D

Love that two quarts of veggies a day. I'm sure I'll "graduate" to that level of commitment here pretty soon.
