Lost 1.4 for the week.

Hubby did not. This is where he has to be careful. He had 2 huge drops and now nothing. With no weight loss for the week, he seems to get frustrated and thinks why bother. LOL I keep trying to remind him how much better he feels and how healthier he is becoming. But the weight is what he sees in front of him.

WOW again everyone!!! Great job! Next and last weigh for February is the 27/28th!! We are on track to smash the total for January!!! We only need to lose 7 pounds to beat that!! AND there was one more week of weigh in for January!!

No change for me this week. Had some sugar but no fat at all.. could this bring me to a halt w weight loss? Seems so... :(

I had a great week, I lost 2.8 lbs. I'm super happy!!!
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.


Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs

Exactly the same this week

I'll take it. Succumbed to potato chips this week under stress. How is a rehabber/rescuer with ten animals, domestic and wild, in the house supposed to keep said house in "show" condition? NO EXCUSES!!!! I did get to share the WFPB diet info with the realtor!

So I'm out of sequence this week. I had a meeting that didn't allow me to do my usual weigh-in yesterday. So this has one extra day(But not a lot to show for it,...). Down 0.6 pounds.

2/19/2015 216.4 ( -0.7 )
2/27/2015 215.8 ( -0.6 )

This is a long hard haul. But I seem to continue moving. The race is not always to the swiftest,...

Congrats to all us losers!

Down 2.4 lbs (1.1 kg) this week for a total of 11.8 kg (26 lbs) so far (22% of my target weight loss of 52 kg).

100% compliant to the McDougall program, but probably only around 95% compliant to MWL this past week.
Not bad for 32 days of sticking to the plan!! (I recall there were a couple of real digressions from this WoE in the first week, but it has just gotten easier with time).

What a week.. scale wise... but the new difference is that no matter what that crazy scale says, I am ON TRACK because I am eating McDougall, I am feeling great, my skin is literally brighter.. and I have been eating McDougall for awhile but am now even moreso..

So at the end of UPs and DOWNs on the scale, I ended today at 131... down 1.4 I think from last time.

Will check in with the group later on today.. no matter what happens, stick with it, is the message for this process.. it will WORK in its own time, but it will work.
