got on the scale this morning...after a SUPER indulgent weekend with valentine's cake and dipped strawberries)

205 lbs.

I am starting a very simple MWL this morning. Hopefully I'll have a loss to report next week.

Well, at least I'm getting closer to a pound. Down 0.7 this week.

I lost 1.6 lbs this week.
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.


Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs

159.6!!!!!!!!!!!!

A week for celebrating because it's been many, many years since I have been 150 anything and we had a Belted Galloway bull calf born on Tuesday that I wasn't expecting!!!!!! I really didn't think it was possible being over 50 years old to lose weight in a healthy way!!! The best part is that I'm not just waiting to go "off" a diet. I've changed my eating habits so it's a lifestyle change. Now I've got to consider the lifestyle change of being a WFPB strachivore and raising beef cattle.

Today's weight is 200.5 which means I lost 4.5 lbs. I know the starting weight was my foolish overeating/sweets eating from Valentine's Day so I don't expect it to drop again so much next week,

but I'll take four and a half pounds! :D

No change again this week. It's not the program...it's totally me. I need to get up and exercise, but with this weather, all I want to do is sit by the fire and sip tea! (herbal of course :o)

week 3 for me

Met my goal of exercising 3 days and down 6 more pounds this week! :-D

This coming weeks goal is exercising 4 days.

and when I see all this extra fat on my body and just feel disgusted, I remind myself the extra weight isn't me, it's just ON me - temporarily

I'm very pleased this week, as I lost 3.3 kg, or 7.2 lbs. Much more compliant to MWL! 6 days of exercise. I also measured my waist circumference, which reduced by 5 cm in the last two months. :D

I am down 3.6 this week.

I am really excited and impressed with everyone this week! I wish I had more time because I could name people. But for now, I'm just happy for all of you being on this path with me. :)

No loss this week, but had a stomach virus. Couldn't exercise and ate lots of toast.
However, this week am startIng Mary's mini. Need a a boost.
