I would have posted earlier, but I had connectivity troubles. On the bright side, even if I'm late to post...I've had a weight change this week of 0.0, so my total doesn't do anything in one direction or the other.
I look forward to seeing the results posted by others. And I'm not surprised I didn't lose...8 pounds down in the first two weeks is a lot. Plus, I was lackadaisical about portions this week. I know we theoretically don't need to think about portions, but sometimes I mindlessly eat past the point of fullness, and that is not good for weight loss, no matter what the diet.
YAY!!! We all did it!! 103 pounds for 5 weeks of weigh ins in January and 114, almost 115 for 4 weigh ins in February!!! Let's see what we can do in March!!!
