Hi,
I'm trying to find something to replace Coke Zero with -- my son has unfortunately become addicted (like me)! Any ideas for grab n go beverages that can fill this void?
Thanks!

If you added an energy drink to the mix you could be describing my wife. I often tease her about the need to get those "monkeys off her back". Currently attempting to have her titrate off of energy drinks and Coke Zero. She has actually decreased her intake of Coke Zero... but mostly due to their corrupt business practises and not so much for health reasons. She actually drinks water now and is using seltzer water to replace the energy drinks.

Whole Foods has some wonderful Italian Sparkling Waters (house brand) that are great for special treats.

Other than special occasion, tho, water is a refreshing habit to cultivate!

Whole Foods also sells a no-calorie pop called Zevia. It's made with Stevia, and I personally really like it, though I can't remember the last time I even bought it...half a year ago? You can get it there on sale sometimes.

I am getting off Dr. Pepper by having iced Tazo Passion Tea w/stevia. I get it either at Starbucks when I'm there (I get it unsweetened and bring my own stevia packets), or make some at home and keep it in the fridge. The stevia gives me the sweet taste, and the tea is very refreshing.

that's a great idea, Gwen. thanks for sharing it. tea's specially good as it's rather mindful.... it'd be cool to eventually transition to tea from sparkling beverages....

I like mint tea- iced, all year long, and I like club soda with no sodium and a splash of Pom juice. Take care, LauraA

I drink water, Trader Joe's Mineral Water, and I brew Celestial Seasonings Peppermint tea (steep 10 minutes) and drink it iced, sometimes warm. My 15 1/2 year old daughter will drink the cold tea when Diet Coke isn't around.

I like Celestial Seasonings teas too. My favourites are the Red Zinger and Madagascar Vanilla Red. I just love their packaging too - I think the design is great.
