Sorry to drag us down last week. Things are going better this week and there are no more big challenges ahead until the holidays. Those last few pounds have been tough for me, but I know I can do it!

Hi everyone!!! I,m back after slipping and letting oils, to much dslt and to much sugar back into my diet and getting my high blood pressure back and told i,m headed towards diabetes. Back out with those getting my health back.

As I promised Debbie, I'm back. I've started weighing in from home instead of work and it's been a nightmare trying to get the Avia scale (fitbit nonsense) to work. I weighed in and am not yet ready to post weights, but I am up a pound from last week(+1.0).
Hope Debbie doesn't regret contacting me after that. Sorry to bring up the group totals, but I need to have some sort of accountability to keep from going off the deep end.
