just the sweet potato; not that hungry at lunchtime

switched it out for a burrito bowl: quinoa, brown rice, kale, black beans, garlic, salsa, corn, peas, lettuce, hot sauce. Also had a diet soda.
S: Roasted garbanzos
switched it out for fat-free hummus and pepper strips
S2: Salad
-- greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, scallions, and the creamy pesto dressing I posted in the recipe forum today.
S3: Handful of fresh strawberries
S4: Sweet potato with chickpea miso dressing
S5: cup of blueberries
(Note: I have hypoglycemia, so I eat often, sometimes as much as 7 or 8 times a day, like today)
